Newport Consulting Group is an independent consulting firm focused on Strategy, Operations, Risk Management and Technology.  Clients engage us for short-term and surgical initiatives, to launch or restructure in-flight programs in their organization, as well as to provide long-term oversight on major enterprise programs. Who We Are

Founded in 2005 by former executives of some of the largest tier-one strategy and global systems delivery consultancies, our firm brings seasoned professionals to our clients supported by broad industry partnerships in the commercial, government, not for profit, and association and services sectors.  As such we maintain codes of conduct and professional services across a number of recognized associations through firm and individual participation and certification:

We are owned and managed by Certified Management Consultants (CMC) as granted by the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI).

Our leadership team and staff are well-versed in various project, program, portfolio and organization management (OPM3) methods from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and ascribe to the Project Manager Professional (PMP) designation.

 
We align to the best practices of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP) in field work, methods, and techniques.
